Get Rewarded for Consistency

We believe the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied, high intensity workouts is the most efficient and effective ways to achieve your health and fitness goals. Consistency is vital to achieving those goals. To promote consistency, we encourage members to hit 13+ workouts in a month!

If you’re showing up for WODs 13 days or more per month, you’ll earn a spot in the CFIL Committed Club! We recognize these achievements and enter members into prize drawings. 

There are monthly drawings as well as quarterly drawings for those who hit 13 classes for the three months in a given quarter. If you hit 10 months in the year you’ll earn a CFIL Committed Club T-Shirt and be eligible for an end-of-the-year drawing.

Here's the plan for the prize drawings:

• Monthly - $35 credit to spend at the CFIL Swag Store
• Quarterly - $35 credit plus a one hour personal coaching session with a coach
• Yearly - Committed Club tee, holiday party recognition, and entry into year-end raffle for 50% off Unlimited membership for the next year

All winners are selected via raffle and announced on social media, in Slack and on our in-gym screens.

For the quarterly session, Sharon will reach out to get it on your calendar around coach availability, you don't need to do anything.

About the Committed Club swag store credit

If you win the drawing, your credit arrives by email as a code shortly after the month closes. Spend it at the CFIL Swag Store (store.crossfitinnerloop.com) by entering the code at checkout in the box labeled "Discount code or gift card." It comes off your whole order total shipping and tax included. If your order costs more, you pay the difference with a card; if it costs less, the balance stays on the code and you can use it again.

Your credit expires at the end of the month it's awarded (the date is in your award email), and it's issued to you specifically, so it isn't transferable and has no cash value. Save that award email once a code is issued our system stores it masked, so we can't look it up or resend it, and lost codes can't be replaced. Treat it like cash.
