Get Rewarded for Consistency


We believe the CrossFit methodology of constantly varied, high intensity workouts is the most efficient and effective ways to achieve your health and fitness goals. Consistency is vital to achieving those goals. To promote consistency, we encourage members to hit 13+ workouts in a month!


If you’re showing up for WODs 13 days or more per month, you’ll earn a spot in the CFIL Committed Club! We recognize these achievements and enter members into prize drawings. 


There are monthly drawings as well as quarterly drawings for those who hit 13 classes for the three months in a given quarter. If you hit 10 months in the year you’ll earn a CFIL Committed Club T-Shirt and be eligible for an end-of-the-year drawing.


Here's the plan for the prize drawings:


  • Monthly - One hour personal coaching session with Jara
  • Quarterly - Personal coaching with Jara + CFIL swag
  • Yearly - Committed Club tee, holiday party recognition, and entry into year-end raffle for 50% off Unlimited membership for the next year


All winners are selected via raffle and announced in Slack and on our in-gym screens.
