Program Description
CrossFit Kids is designed to help children develop a lifelong love of fitness. Our program uses a combination of skill practice, workouts and games while teaching participants how to interact, collaborate, and support one another through exercise. Our Kids program is perfect for all kids, regardless of ability level or athletic experience. All movements are taught safely and effectively under the close supervision of thoroughly trained CrossFit Coaches.
Kids participate in age-appropriate exercises and games that make fitness enjoyable and exciting
Improve coordination, balance, strength, and flexibility through functional movements tailored for young athletes
Achieve personal milestones and build self-esteem as kids see their abilities and skills progress over time
Foster friendships and teamwork skills in a positive and inclusive community atmosphere, promoting cooperation and camaraderie
